So that everything runs smoothly from booking to check-out and you can fully concentrate on relaxation, you can find all the important information about your stay here.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: Your comfortable room in the Hotel Sonne in Stilfs is available to you from 2:30 PM on your day of arrival. If you arrive after 6:00 PM, please notify us by telephone.

Check-out: On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the room no later than 10:30 AM. 

Things you don't need to bring from home
  • cozy bathrobes
  • sauna towels
  • in-house organic certified cosmetics line PURE NATURE
  • hair dryer
  • bath slippers are no longer provided for environmental reasons, we ask you to bring these from home
  • for babies: cribs, high chairs
Holiday with Dog

Upon request, you can also check in with your four-legged friend. However, please note that they are not allowed in the dining room or in the lounges, out of consideration for other guests. We are happy to prepare a table in the restaurant for you. 

The wellness area as well as the sunbathing lawn are dog-free zones. 

A € 45.00 charge will apply for the final cleaning.

Cancellation Policies

Please understand that we have to charge expenses in case of non-compliance with a reservation, in case of a short-term cancellation, in case of a late arrival or early departure.

There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Consumer Protection Code - nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

  • In case of a written cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the holiday, no cancellation costs will be incurred.
  • From 30 days to 7 days before holiday start, 80% of the booked arrangement will be charged.
  • From 7 days to arrival or in the event of a late arrival or early departure, 100% of the booked arrangement will be charged. 
     

Unused services will not be refunded. The cancellation fee will be charged regardless of the reoccupation of the room.
