After a hike, bike tour, or ski descent, is your stomach growling? Anyone on a day trip or passing through Stelvio and the surrounding area is warmly invited to indulge in a culinary treat at our restaurant in Val Venosta, hosted by Paul. Here, you can enjoy exquisite dishes from both alpine and Mediterranean cuisines, all made with the best local ingredients. We also serve excellent regional wines.
In the summer, when meals are served outdoors on the terrace in perfect weather, the view adds to the enjoyment.
Lunch and Dinner Restaurant
The necessary boost for your adventures can be chosen à la carte daily from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM. The selection ranges from fresh salad plates to homemade starters, as well as perfectly cooked meats or fish. We send you off into the afternoon with a dessert or coffee.
In the evening, host Paul personally pampers you with a 4-6 course gourmet menu, a varied buffet with crispy fresh salads, vegetables, and cold starters, homemade dressings, and exquisite olive oils, always fresh and diverse. We are also happy to prepare vegetarian dishes on request.
Breakfast at Hotel Sonne
You can also start your day in style at Hotel Sonne – with a lovingly prepared breakfast buffet. Here you’ll find everything your heart desires: fresh fruit, crispy rolls, homemade pastries and sweets, honey and jams, cold cuts and cheeses, fresh eggs made to order, muesli and yogurt, and of course, coffee and tea to your taste.
