Our winters are peaceful, romantic, and, above all, snowy. Sparkling expanses and snow-covered forests invite you to hike. The Ortler region also has two snow-sure ski areas: the Sulden ski area, popular with athletes and experts, and the smaller Trafoi ski area, ideal for families and those who prefer a more relaxed pace. But even in the village itself, tranquility prevails – if you’re not a fan of noise and crowds, this is the place for you.
