A good reputation precedes our kitchen. Every day, host Paul and his team at our restaurant near the Stelvio Pass, Val Venosta, prepare a sophisticated menu from fresh and mainly regional ingredients. The inspiration? The rich culinary tradition of the Mediterranean and Alpine countries, combined with a pinch of gourmet cuisine and of course the best South Tyrolean and international wines.
Most of our guests appreciate our half-board with rich breakfast buffet and multi-course dinner, but you can also enjoy our specialties for lunch à la carte. In the warmer months, we particularly like to dine on the sun terrace.
